Summer's First Swim

Today, I went for my first swim...

I always forget how much I enjoy swimming and usually my first swim reinvigorates me and inspires me to swim more often. However, something else usually comes along and distracts me from swimming so that I never fulfill my promise.

So this year, I think I'll try something different. I won't promise myself anything. When I can't think of anything to do (which is often) I'll just go swimming. Theoritically, that will result in me swimming more. Swimming more results in better physical fitness, better fitness makes me look and feel better, when I look and feel better...well you get the idea.

Now if I only had a hot lifeguard to watch me while I swim...hmm....
