Round One
Today was the first game of the NCAA Division IA Playoffs.
It started out a beautiful morning. The temperature was just right and the sun was out and shining. Rehearsal went well and we all enjoyed arriving later and leaving earlier. Temperature: 48 degrees.
Next was lunch at Boone Drug and then the Mountaineer Walk. Followed shortly by pep bands throughout the campus. I of course, was in Railey Lot. Not alot of people there today, and rather unenergetic. Temperature: 61 degrees.
Game Time! Pregame and kickoff went great. Some confusion in the first half, and the first quarter took over an hour to play. I knew then this was going to be a long game. Temperature: 68 degrees.
Halftime! The sun has started to go down and it's cooling off. We had to work so hard to pull through the show, people just didn't seem to want to give it their all. We finally pulled through it and everything turned out alright. New halftime show next game. Temperature: 52 degrees.
Third quarter: Such a long time till the game is over, it's almost completely dark now. We're winning but they keep coming back. Could we lose the game? Temperature: 49 degrees.
Fourth quarter: Won't this game just end?!!! Come on!!!! Temperatuer 42 degrees.
Currently: I'm sitting in my room after a nice dinner with my parents relaxing and warming up. Here's to a great day tomorrow and GO APPS!
Oh yeah, we won the game by the way....ASU Vs. Montana next week!
Current Temperature: 40 degrees.
