A Passing of Time
Wow, it's amazing how fast one can lose track of time. It seems like only yesterday I wrote in my blog, when in fact it was about 10 days ago! Needless to say, my life tends to run in fast forward.
I finally have enjoyed having a relaxing Saturday to sit and do work and just rest. After having a rather uneventful week, my daily existence was shaken on Friday...
I dropped my horn!!! To those who are not musicians, or do not understand the sensation, all I can say is that it is not pleasant. I got physically sick and my nerves were shot. It took the rest of the day and the help of my friends to get back to balance again.
I actually feel quite scholarly today seeing as I have been studying for my music history test coming up this Monday. I got out and took a walk down King street and have spent the rest of the day working on my portfolio and sitting here at the keyboard.
Tomorrow should be quite restful as well, with a little singing and a little meeting to break things up. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend, and I'll try and catch you all up some more tomorrow.
May God keep you this and every night.
(for my sick friends)
