The Room Is Getting Smaller
Oh my goodness, things certainly have changed some since the last entry. With auditions and scheduling issues, I've just grown to feel that the walls are closing in on me. I don't know what a panic attack really is..but I think I may have had one.
Don't get me wrong, I didn't suck on my auditions. In fact, I did quite well. But therein lies the issues. My teaching fellows class, and its respective tutoring component, are scheduled right during the times ensembles are. So, I'm have a bloody fit making things line up. Unless I end up in Symphonic Band, I just don't see how it's going to work.
So, yesterday evening, I've fought against the walls closing in and driving me insane but I was losing. It is today that will prove a true test. Today, I find out audition results, and then if necessary begin the process of rearranging my entire schedule.
So, if you think about me during the day, if your a friend of mine, family, or just a fan...Do me a favor. Stop, for about 30 seconds (I don't want to take up that much of your time) and say a little prayer. Think of me, and say a prayer that it all works out. For I don't feel like going certifiably insane this early in the semester....
May God keep you, and especially me now, this and every night..
