Storms In The Night

As I am sitting here writing, Boone is experience one of nature's marvelous displays. We're actually getting a thunderstorm. There is rain, lightning, wind, and of course thunder. Some people are afraid of the storm, while others are enjoying the occurrence.

The entire day has been like this, somewhat cold and rainy. The sky has been gray and bleak. Fog and mist drifted along the ground all day long. It was just plain nasty. Soon, night fell, and the storm began. It started out small, and then got more intense.

I realized, somewhere in the wind whistling and the thunder crashing, that this is just like life. Sometimes, it just turns rainy. All we can see is what's right on top of us. There are even times when it storming, and we grow afraid and uncertain. If we could only see what lies ahead.

Soon, the gray skies will clear, and turn back to that beautiful blue. That storm in your life will pass, and the night will turn to day again. Keep the faith....

May God keep you this and every night.
