Lesson Three and Four

As I sit here...I can only think..."I'm sore". No really, I've been working a haunted trail, and I'm really sore. My feet hurt, my back hurts, I'm tired, I sweated, but yet...there's a smile on my face. That's why my posts have been delayed..last night I came in from the trail, and collapsed. Sorry.

That's the way it is when you do something you enjoy doing. No matter how much work it is, or how much you might be hurt or tired afterwards, you can still smile..becuase it's something you love to do.

For example, I have discovered, that I really like playing the organ. It's not the most comfortable or easy instrument in the world, but yet everytime I play, I smile. Why? Because, it's something I love to do.

Another lesson I've learned in the past day or so is that laughing, and making people laugh is a wonderful thing. Tonight, everyone seemed so down, I made one comment and BAM they started laughing. After that, the mood was much better. They do say that laughter is the best medicine..I still like some good pain killers now and then when I'm hurt..but laughter always helps...

"Humor is to life what shock absorbers are to automobiles"

"The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."

PM's: What's something you love do to? What do you think about laughing and what about the times it's good to be serious? Finally..of course...respond to the quotes if able"
